This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from (the “Site”).
HARV the brand respects the privacy rights of its online customers and visitors. We recognize the importance of protecting the collected information collect. We also the above information so that you can purchase and receive your order, receive updates about your order via email or SMS and receive your payments and manage refunds and compensation. We cannot send your order if we do not get access to this information and in order to gain information about the delivery of your order. We need to have your payment information in order to send and refund money to you in case of returns or complaints.
Why we need it
Cookies will help us improve your experience on our website. We can deliver you custom-made services and thereby improve your experience and grow our business. We need to have your email address to be able to send the newsletters, process orders and shipping information to you.

Third party services

Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
We apply a cancellation policy when it comes to communication via email. When you register via you have the option to unsubscribe from our mailing list. The purpose of registration is to collect information to send you updated information and product offers from us.
By subscribing to our newsletter you give permission to receive communication from us via email. However, every time we contact you via email after this, you have the option to unsubscribe from this service by clicking on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. In addition, you unsubscribe by sending us an email. Subscribers to our newsletter receive email notifications for new products, special offers, events and discounts. We never sell your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
