Where can I buy HARV items?
Exclusively online here at www.harvthebrand.shopify.nl 
I want to cancel my order, is that possible?
If your order has not been shipped yet, we can cancel it. Please send an email to info@contenticons.com to proceed. If the order is shipped, we unfortunately will not be able to cancel it.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not been shipped yet, we can cancel it. Please send an email to info@contenticons.com to proceed. If the order is shipped you will need to get in touch with our shipping services to change your address.
What is the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use this to track your order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: iDeal, Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Bancontant, Klarna en Sofort Banking.

When will I receive my order?
The estimated delivery time is depending on your country. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a track & trace number. See our
shipping page for more information.
Are fees, tariffs and duties included in pricing?
No, custom fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing. Orders shipped to non EU countries could be charged with customs fees upon arrival. We cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility. Consult your local custom office to determine the amount of duties and taxes to be charged on your package.

RETURNS
How can I return my order?
Step 1: If you have met the requirements above, please send an e-mail to info@contenticons with the following information:
  • Order number
  • Item(s) to return
  • Reason for return
  • Name
Step 2: Fill in the return form received in your package and send the items to be returned to our return address: Herengracht 141, 1015 BH Amsterdam. Please arrange a return shipment using a carrier of your choice.
What are the return conditions?
  • You can return within the specified return period of 14 days.
  • The returned items must be unworn
  • The items you wish to return do not contain any traces of use or make-up stains.
What are the costs to return my item(s)?
The return shipping costs are for the customer, unless otherwise suggested by our customer service. Please check with your local post office for prices. If you want to exchange a product to another, it’s free of shipping costs.  We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit and cannot offer refund for your returned item(s), which is why we recommend using an insured delivery method with tracking information.
When do I get my refund?
After we received your item of return, we will refund the product value within 14 days. The reimbursement takes place via the payment method you have chosen for you order.
Can I exchange my ordered items for another item?
You can exchange your ordered items for another item, in case you need a different sizing for example. However, we are not responsible for the shipping costs to send you an item in return and you need to pay the shipping costs yourself. Also, we cannot guarantee that your desired piece will be available. If it’s not, we can offer you a credit note or give you money back.
What if I received a faulty item?
If you have received a faulty item, please email us at with images of the imperfections so we can determine the next course of action. Please let us know within 72 hours after receiving the item(s). Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.
